Love these!

I bought these following a recommendation from a friend and I've found using them religiously really helps me to calm my nervous system. As a busy mum of young kids, I always felt heightened & overwhelmed easily. I've really noticed a difference in my ability to deal with day to day stresses since taking these. Also, welcome side effect that it reduced my appetite! Happy days! The free tester of the balm was so welcome too - I'm enjoying using this on my injured shoulder. Will definitely be buying again!
